RL Bridge Partners Ltd is an independent, UK based property investment consultancy. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@rl-bridgepartners.co.uk.

The details you choose to send us through our forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and anything you add about your goals, such as budget range, timeline or the projects you are interested in. For security we also store a hashed, non reversible record of your IP address with each submission. We do not collect special category data.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to send you the report or shortlist you asked for, and to provide our consultancy service. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Under UK GDPR we rely on your consent, given when you tick to confirm we may contact you, and on our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Only the service providers who help us run the business, such as our hosting and database provider, and only under contract and appropriate safeguards. We do not pass your details to developers or third parties without your instruction. Where data is processed outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

We keep enquiry data only for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations, and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at info@rl-bridgepartners.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

The public site uses only the cookies it needs to function. Sign in cookies are used for our team’s private admin area. We do not use advertising or third party tracking cookies.
